Waterway Maintenance

To keep the community's creeks and ponds well-maintained, the Board has contracted a local company, Karina Lake & Pond Services, to clean and remove overgrown vegetation. This work helps improve aesthetics and reduce the risk of flooding during storm season. The Long Eagle pond and creek have been completed, with the Kruger Rand pond scheduled for completion by the end of September. Karina Lake & Pond will also maintain the ponds monthly moving forward.

Tree trimming around the pond is scheduled for soon after.
