Pressure Washing

Hello neighbors! 

On October 28th & 29th, Magic Bubbles will be pressure washing the common areas in our community. This includes all sidewalks between entrances, community walkways, street drain inlets, mailbox kiosk walls/walkways, and brick at monument signs. This does not include homeowner driveways, aprons, or sidewalks, as that is the responsibility of each individual homeowner. Information and pricing to have Magic Bubbles clean your driveway while in the neighborhood is posted below.

We kindly ask that you do not park in the roadway on these days so that the cleaners can be thorough. If you must, please park at least 10-inches from the curb so that the vendor has enough space to wash in between. In addition, vehicles need to not block emergency vehicles, please be mindful of roadway parking on both sides of the road so that a fire truck can easily pass. 

While each homeowner is responsible for their own property, in years past the HOA has tried to lend a helping hand by taking care of sidewalk pressure washing for everyone. However, due to budget constraints and many other important projects that you will soon see take place in the community, we have had to end the community wide pressure washing. This cleaning will be for common areas only.
