New Management

Over the past several months the board has been actively interviewing new management companies to replace Bono & Associates. While we have been with them for the past 6+ years and appreciate the help they’ve given to the various boards, we believe it is time for a change. Therefore, beginning November 1st, Premier Management will take over management duties for Sterling Meadows. We met with numerous companies and believe Premier Management gives us the best communication, support, and flexibility to govern the community the best way possible.

The processes and policies we have in place today, such as architectural approvals and violation procedures will remain the same. This includes the practice of not issuing fines for violations. We will work with Premier to establish a baseline for what constitutes a violation, keeping in mind that some things must follow Florida statutes.

What will change is the link to the homeowner portal and how you make payments online. While it is the same software/app and will look the same, you will need to create a new account and re-set up any auto payments that you may have previously used.

In the coming weeks you will receive information from Premier Management directing you on how to set up your new portal account.

Our community website, www.sterlingmeadows32771.com will be updated to reflect the new portal link as we get closer to November 1st.
