Wall Reconstruction To Begin 12/8

The Sterling Meadows Board of Directors is committed to ongoing community improvement. As part of this commitment, a major repair project on the community brick wall is scheduled to begin on December 8th and is expected to be completed by early March 2026.

Scope of Work:

The project involves the removal and rebuilding of the top two feet of the wall, along with the addition of structural reinforcements. All work will be conducted from the road side of the wall. Should the contractor require access to your property at any point, you will be contacted beforehand.

Please note: It is only the top two feet of the wall being removed and replaced. At no point will your back yard be exposed. The project will begin at one end of the community and be done in sections, not all at once.
